Objective

Complete Installation: Your Zircon consultant starts by installing Zircon software in your pre-production environment. You're assured that products will work as expected for all users, based on the licensing model you choose. Your consultant will also help you establish software quality metrics that save time and ensure solution integrity.

Product Training: Onsite training ensures personalized training in how to effectively apply Zircon software to your projects. Training is presented in seminar format to your entire project team. Team members learn to optimize their use of the tools from the start. They have the opportunity to ask questions pertaining to their projects and learn best practices from an expert user.

Onsite Assistance: After training, your consultant works directly with individual team members, focusing on the hands-on application of Zircon software tools to your first project. You will see immediate results as your team begins to take advantage of distributed computing on demand. You will also define your own acceptance and reliability criteria based upon Zircon software performance.

Integration Examples: Depending on the complexity of your testing environment, your consultant can provide relevant integration examples as well as a requirements analysis of the full integration effort. These examples and optional follow-on consulting services can help you fully integrate Zircon software products into your production and go-live procedures, including your configuration management systems, reporting and QA frameworks, and other tools and processes unique to your organization.
